With this package, we offer beautiful, high-definition photography that is sure to entice potential buyers with their first click. High quality photography is an absolute must in today’s world with most potential buyers utilizing websites online as their go-to search. Our ability to show off your property lies in our attention to detail and ensuring our experience and skills are engulfed in every photo. From start to finish, we know that preparation, composition, framing, verticals, lighting and editing matter. While shooting, we are ALL also guilty of refolding towels, fluffing up pillows and even straightening picture frames by the slightest amount (hello OCD!) Details matter and your listing is our listing, we aren’t successful if you don’t sell. This package also includes a slideshow play to music, both high resolution and MLS sized images for download and a property webpage link that hosts all of the above and a map, for a clean and professional way to share your property. The property link is also MLS compliant and able to be added to your listing as well.

It is an awesome fix for those properties that have been sitting for awhile, or those spaces so unique, your buyers are having a hard time imagining the space. We got you. (Make sure to ask us how to display these images and how far we can take them based on MLS rules etc!)

Why offer the same perspective as everyone else? Set your listing apart with Drone Photography! We promise seeing the view from above will be worth it. Not only just for showing a different angle, drone technology now allows us to get up there and point out proximities, as well as other features about the property, like how far back the property line goes or how big that pond or conservation site is back there. You will receive as many shots as we feel necessary to highlight your property. We include circles/boundary lines on featured shots as needed.

$100 - For those that are “extra.” We snag additional shots of special details at the property in a portrait shooting style, making sure to catch the attention of your buyers and tugging at those emotions. Best displayed by interrupting all of those wide shots within the property’s gallery.

Take your buyer from day to night with this gorgeous addition. We use the daytime photos and virtually enhance them with colorful sunsets, landscape, interior and exterior lighting.

For those extra special properties that are a MUST see at night. We will schedule the shoot during the best lighting at dusk to capture its beauty.
